Your Role:
🔹 Develop and manage new & existing customer relationships
🔹 Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
🔹 Work closely with engineering teams to provide technical solutions
🔹 Prepare and manage quotations for clients
🔹 Represent the company at trade shows & industry events
🔹 Meet and exceed sales targets

What You Need:
✔ Technical background in composites, materials, or engineering
✔ Sales experience in B2B technical/industrial markets
✔ Strong negotiation & communication skills
✔ Interest in manufacturing automation and process improvement
✔ Fluency in English & Spanish (additional languages a plus!)
✔ Willingness to travel as needed
