Client Advisor

Louis Vuitton are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Client Advisor to join their team. As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. Similarly, the role will involve striving to discover Clients’ every need, and to guide them across the Brand. The Client Advisor will proactively reach out to Clients in order to achieve individual and team goals.

As a Client Advisor your key responsibilities include:

• Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, in order to foster brand loyalty
• Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
• Perform as a team-player, participating in all activities and contributing to the overall objectives of the store
• Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviour
• Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience

The ideal candidate for this role will have a professional attitude and a passion for the brand. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• The ability to follow the company’s policies and procedures
• Previous Luxury Retail experience is desirable
