Clerk Tool Crib

Task Responsibilities:

• Issue tools and supplies from Tool Crib
• Monitor and control all tool transactions
• Perform basic repairs on tools and equipment
• Maintain adequate stock level of tools and supplies
• Perform various administrative tasks
• Perform cycle counting
• Monitor, Maintain and control the RFID system (Hangar, shop and P7)

Essential Requirements For The Position:

• Secondary technical education, accomplished apprenticeship in a technical field or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
• Be customer focused and have a cooperative attitude
• Have good communication skills and able to work with a team
• Ability to work alone and to show good initiative
• Fluency in written and spoken English, any other language would be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)

Working Conditions:

• Permanent position in Luxembourg
• B driving license required 
• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
• The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical fitness certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of the employment
• The position qualifies as safety-sensitive personnel as per EU Regulation 965/2012. The successful candidate will have to be tested for psychoactive substances prior to the start of the employment.
