YOUR TASKS

  • Independent execution of strategic/organizational as well as international projects
  • Procurement and analysis of relevant information for decision preparation and decision making
  • Close cooperation with the management team and active participation in the Strategy Core Team
  • Sparring partner for the management on business strategies
  • Preparation of presentations on strategic topics and preparation of meetings with business partners
  • Preparation of presentations and speeches for external events (congresses, trade fairs, events)
  • Preparation, moderation and follow-up of management meetings, international meetings or workshops, meetings with RECARO Holding and the Advisory Board

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed technically oriented studies, business administration or comparable qualification  
  • Several years of professional experience and preferably project management certification (IPMA, PMI)
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
  • High intercultural competence
  • Accompaniment of the CEO during business trips
  • Very good analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, high persuasiveness, independent working as well as excellent time and self-management skills
  • Confident appearance as well as professional and value-oriented representation of RECARO
  • Flexibility, availability and absolute confidentiality
