Bilingual Baggage Services Agent – Lost & Found

In this role you will perform all baggage tracing and reconciliation activities on shift, to ensure Cobalt meets and exceeds the required standards of customer satisfaction, quality standards and health & safety standards as per agreed SLA’s with all customer airlines and any other relevant third parties. Ad- hoc Passenger Service Agent duties as required.
- To perform all activities including baggage tracing/reconciliation and liaising with relevant customer airlines and passengers in a timely manner
- Knowledge of World Tracer an advantage but training will be given
- Handle passenger claims in an efficient, timely and customer focussed way in coordination with or support of the customer airline’s policy
- Assist with the handling of passengers and their baggage in relation to operational service delivery and delay recovery in case of flight disruptions
- Exemplary customer service skills and professional attitude
- Candidate must have problem solving skills, time management skills, and be professional in all communications
- Ad hoc Passenger Service Agent duties as required
- Previous experience in similar position is preferred
- Preferably can speak multiple European languages
