We are seeking an EASA-certified B2 avionics engineer to provide training (theoretical & practical instructions)
This role involves relocation to Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver both theoretical and practical instruction for aircraft maintenance personnel and specialists in accordance with EASA Part 147/66 and applicable EASA regulations.
Conduct technical training sessions for internal personnel within the organization.
Define and maintain customer-specific course documentation, including the development and updating of examinations.
Develop, produce, implement, and continuously update technical training materials.
Perform supporting tasks related to the training environment, such as maintaining and updating hands-on training components, software, and hardware.
Qualifications:
Qualified Aircraft Avionic (B2) Engineer or Electronic Engineer holding a valid EASA certification.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an aircraft avionic engineer or technical instructor.
Basic pedagogical and didactical skills, along with a strong interest in teaching and training.
Proficiency in German (minimum level C1) and English (minimum level B2).
Willingness to travel internationally on an irregular basis for training assignments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
