Architect For UK Aviation Projects

A leading design studio is seeking a talented and technically focused Architect or Technologist to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on two high-profile aviation projects within a collaborative and supportive studio environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Lead in addressing environmental, legal, and regulatory factors
• Contribute to planning applications and regulatory submissions
• Coordinate surveys and integrate findings into the design process
• Prepare and present design proposals using CAD and Revit
• Advise on contract selection and technical specifications
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate building performance
• Promote sustainable strategies including refurbishment and recycling

Skills & Qualifications:

• ARB-registered Architect or qualified Technologist with strong technical design experience
• Proficient in Revit, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and SketchUp
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in aviation or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• London airport project experience highly desirable 
• The right to live and work in the UK
