Description

Are you a dynamic designer with an innovative portfolio to match? Are you looking to gain experience across a range of UK and global projects? Benoy’s Aviation Team is seeking creative and experienced Architects and Architectural Designers to join them.

As an Architect, you manage mid-scale or aspects of large-scale architectural projects in commercial transport and transport-orientated projects would be an advantage but not essential through all aspects of design and development.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+years post-Part 2 experience; some within the UK, with UK planning application experience gained across mid to large-scale developments
  • Working knowledge of Revit
  • Proficiency in computer applications commonly used within Architecture
  • Drawing skills, good written and spoken communication skills and knowledge of British building regulations.

Design Expertise

  • Deliver high-quality design work, engaging others with your creative and innovative thinking.
  • Project Delivery
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of the design process and project brief, supporting the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development.
  • Deliver high-quality work with limited guidance, demonstrating developed technical and/or design skills.
  • Manage third parties according to the parameters of the project.

Team Membership

  • Act as a team player, actively seeking feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and team activities.
  • Support company-wide initiatives and proactively seek feedback.
  • Client Relationships
  • Respond positively towards clients and consultants.
  • Provide support to senior team members with client presentations and meetings as required.

Budget Control

  • Recognise the importance of the project budget and seeks to develop their knowledge of project financials.
