Task Responsibilities:
The Route Management Analyst steers the allocated capacity (customers/stations) as well as the free sale capacity for a set of defined markets through Revenue Management Systems to achieve the optimal balance of load factor and revenue results for those markets, and for the network. The Analyst carries out extensive market analysis, competitor analysis, identifies trends and implements strategies in the Revenue Management Systems. He or she pro-actively acts on changing market conditions by short-term adjusting flight steering models and pricing methods, adjusting routes in conjunction with relevant stakeholders and by reviewing the seasonal allocation strategies.
The ideal candidate will drive and support the Area pricing and route strategies and support the department with system development and implementation of new concepts.
