Your Competencies
<\/div>
- Completed vocational training as an Aircraft Mechanic or equivalent certification.
<\/span><\/li>- Proven technical expertise with Cessna and/or Beechcraft models.
<\/span><\/li>- Solid understanding of manufacturing technology, structural repairs, and airframe modifications.
<\/span><\/li>- Experience in aircraft conversions, system upgrades, and defect rectification.
<\/span><\/li>- Advanced ability to troubleshoot, perform fault elimination, and interpret OEM maintenance manuals and engineering drawings.
<\/span><\/li>- Strong commitment to quality assurance, accuracy, and aviation safety standards (EASA Part 145/66).
<\/span><\/li>- Proficiency with MS Office and digital maintenance tracking systems (AMOS, CAMP, or similar).
<\/span><\/li>- Flexible, resilient, and self -driven under demanding operational conditions.

- Production Technology
<\/span><\/li>- Execute precise documentation of all work processes according to manufacturer and regulatory standards.
<\/span><\/li>- Perform visual inspections, fault diagnostics, and compliance verification based on OEM data.
<\/span><\/li>- Replace or repair structural components, perform sheet metal work, and ensure material conformity.
<\/span><\/li>- Conduct repairs, modifications, and component assembly in alignment with technical drawings and aircraft schematics.
<\/span><\/li>- Apply fastening systems, composite repair techniques, and corrosion control measures.
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain meticulous records for traceability and audit readiness.
<\/span><\/li>- Maintenance Technology
<\/span><\/li>- Perform base maintenance, scheduled inspections, and unscheduled repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft platforms.
<\/span><\/li>- Independently troubleshoot and rectify mechanical, structural, and system -level defects.
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure maintenance actions comply with EASA/FAA regulations and OEM specifications.
<\/span><\/li>- Document all findings, repairs, and airworthiness tasks with precision and accountability.
<\/span><\/li>- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement continuous improvement in maintenance procedures.
