Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an AIRCRAFT COORDINATOR P30 (f/m) to join our Takted Stations & P59 Coordination team based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team responsible for managing the remaining work and ensuring :
- The comparison between ‘As Built’ and ‘As Specified’ statuses, managing the classification of the deltas related to compliance
- Industrial activities by managing a realistic schedule of the remaining work in line with Quality Gate criteria and Program Planning.

Your challenges :
Carry out the handover with the outgoing Coordinator.
Analyze technical impacts via the partner folio by anticipating the releases of downstream stations (P+1 and P+2).
Analyze partner NCs (Non-Conformities) that have been dormant for more than 7 days.
Provide a weekly summary by MSN for the station (Workload + critical points at the station and upcoming stations in terms of release).
Ensure the follow-up and resolution of blocking points related to major P30 milestones, and escalate when necessary, in accordance with internal coordination rules.
Ensure validation of releases for downstream stations.
Monitor and follow up on dormant partner NCs (tool to be implemented).
Monitor the announced burning rate by the Fuselage Detachment team and analyze the root causes of any deltas.
Ensure follow-up of escalated NCs at the SQCDP3 level, in collaboration with TOA
Prepare and participate in the SQCDP3 Green P30 meetings and share relevant information.
Participate in various MFTs (Multifunctional Teams) when the topics concern only the Detachment team.
Analyze the P30 inflow by identifying recurring issues from the plant and FAL, and inform the plant coordinators and/or FAL corrective team.
Carry out the end-of-station handover with the incoming Coordinator
Votre carte d’embarquement :
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Knowledge of TANDEM / ACPng / SAP tools
Proficiency with Google Sheets / DRIVE tools
Familiarity with the Final Assembly Line (FAL)
Understanding of GREEN / CABIN / REMAINING WORK (Reliquat)
Autonomy and strong sense of responsibility
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to persuade internally and externally; strong negotiation skills
Intermediate level in spoken and written French and English
Good understanding of industrial processes
Ability to lead meetings and coordinate cross-functional activities
