Your mission:
An internship opportunity titled : «Avionics repair expertise & enhancement (m/f) » at Airbus Avionics in Toulouse.
You will join the "Airbus Avionics Customer Support & Services" department in charge of supporting Airbus Avionics to Customers (Airlines and Repair stations).
Your internship will consist of improving the analysis of equipment failures of our portfolio of products (Flight Controls, Flight Warning,..) on different Airbus programs (A350, A330, A320,..) and participate in the enhancement of our SMS (Safety Management System).
Internship duration: 5 months starting in March 2026.
This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.
Your main missions will consist in:
Analysing the Engineering data from equipment and providing a method to ease the task of the product leader and the people involved in the Avionics Equipment Repair Process.
Developing a tool, potentially thanks to IA, to assist the product leader identifying the failure and the associated recommended repair.
Proposing a classification or clustering method after equipment expertise in order to enhance and foster our SMS (Safety Management System).
Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.
This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:
Aeronautics Regulations and especially Part145 (for Repair),
Analysis of issues and recommendations with rationale
Working in Multi Functional Team with people from the Shop (manufacturing), design, quality, support.
