Agent Parts Expedition

Task Responsibilities:

Perform the Parts Expedition function 

• Process and place returned parts into the unserviceable stock. 
• Ensure that the parts correspond to the labelling and computer data is correctly updated.
• Ensure that packaging and storage conditions are in accordance with departmental policy. 
• Ensure timely, accurate data input. 
• Carry out stock transfers as  and perform physical inventory counts. 
• Liaise with respective department to solve general issues that may arise.
• Maintain good housekeeping using 5S priciples.

Processing of BER (Beyond Economical Repair) and SCRAP parts. 

Create internal repair orders for customer property and Cargolux property.

• Ensure that part is on our in-house capability list 
• Process parts as per customer requests and regulations  

Undertake general Material Control duties

• Work closely and maintaining good relationships with connected departments.

Essential Requirements For The Position:

• Secondary technical education, accomplished apprenticeship in a technical field or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in a similar position
• Willing to work on shifts 
• Be customer focused and have a co-operative attitude
• Have good communication skills and able to work with a team
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook)
• Have experience or at least an aptitude in forklift driving. Training will in any case be given and test passed

Working Conditions:

• Permanent role based in Luxembourg
• Flexibility of working hours is required
• Hold a valid B class driving license. A C class license would be considered a distinct advantage
• The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical fitness certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of the employment.
