Task Responsibilities:

• Perform processes related to operations of the station
• Ensure safe and reliable completion of all ground operations activities
• Supervise and co-ordinate warehouse/cargo handling activities
• Coordinate with Export Services
• Coordinate with Import Services
• Coordinate Road Feeder Service (Trucking) activitie
• Provide support to customer
• Coordinate ULD control activities
• To maintain professional and technical knowledge

Essential Requirements For The Position:

• Secondary technical education or accomplished apprenticeship with focus on logistics or any other relevant field
• Previous experience in a warehouse or trucking environment will be considered as an advantage
• Interacting openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people, anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Feeling comfortable to work in a team as well as autonomously
• Strong time management skills and being able to take decisions within tight deadlines
• Ability to plan and prioritize work aligned with organizational goals
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Proficiency in MS Office

Working Conditions:

• Position based in Frankfurt
• Occasional travel
