Qualification | - Diploma or degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Certification or training in aerial survey techniques and UAV/drone operation is a plus.

Experience | - Minimum 3 years’ experience in aerial surveying, preferably in mining, construction, or related industries.

Requirements | - Proficiency in operating drones/UAVs and aerial survey equipment.
- Strong knowledge of GIS, photogrammetry, and remote sensing technologies.
- Ability to process and interpret aerial data and generate accurate maps and reports.
- Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Pix4D, or similar.
- Understanding of safety protocols related to aerial operations in industrial environments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with survey teams and site management.
- Basic proficiency in use of GPS survey equipment

Responsibilities | - Plan and execute aerial surveys using UAVs/drones and other aerial survey equipment.
- Capture high-resolution aerial imagery and data for topographic mapping and mine planning.
- Process and analyze survey data to create accurate digital maps, models, and reports.
- Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and geologists to ensure data accuracy and project requirements.
- Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks on survey equipment and drones.
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies during aerial operations.
- Maintain clear documentation of survey activities and data for project records.
- Set-out and pick-up of ground control points
- Assisting the survey team with point pick-ups, set-outs, and general field work as required.
