Job Overview: As a strategic partner to the sales team, the Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring smooth sales processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for providing efficient process and data support, enabling the sales team to focus on core customer relationships and business development, ultimately contributing to the achievement of the company's sales objectives.
- Respond to internal requests from the sales team efficiently and professionally, including but not limited to assisting in the preparation of commercial quotations, collecting and consolidating supplier quotes, and tracking product inventory and delivery timelines.
- Ensure sales activities adhere to company standard procedures and assist in following up on orders from creation to delivery.
- Data Management & Decision Support:
- Maintain and update customer records, contracts, and other sales-related documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency between system data and physical files.
- Assist in generating regular sales data reports (e.g., sales pipeline, performance achievement) to provide valuable business insights and support decision-making for the sales team and management.
- Cross-departmental Coordination & Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments such as Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Finance, proactively coordinating resources to resolve issues related to sales orders.
- Systems & Knowledge Management:
- Proficiently master and utilize core business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Actively participate in training related to company products, the aviation supply chain, key suppliers, and operational processes to continuously enhance professional expertise.
