  • Know, understand and incorporate Incora philosophy, value and vision, and Sale initiatives and policies in all behaviour, practice and decisions
  • Develop specialist knowledge to Incora suppliers, products lines, quality standards, customer requirements, competition and markets.
  • Well knowing Sales culture of pricing and investing in products to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Deal directly with customers for all sales enquiries and provide excellent customer service, and after sales service.
  • The development of customer accounts working closely with the Business Development team.
  • Work directly with customers on a regular basis, providing timely, appropriate and accurate responses to inquiries and requests; and resolving complex account issues with urgency and efficiency.
  • Maintain and develop new and existing customers through professional and appropriate sales methods.
  • Ensure adherence to customer approvals and quality requirements.
  • Understand and follow export compliance requirements.
  • Recognize when negotiation may produce sales opportunities and utilize effective negotiation skills.
  • Participate in external/internal customer meetings.
  • Coordination of information with Internal Sales, Corporate Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Quality & Finance.
  • Assist Finance Department with cash collection.
  • Travel as required.
