We are currently seeking a confident customer service professional to join us as a Customer Account Manager (known in-house as Customer Program Manager).

As a Customer Account Manager, you are responsible for managing key customer relationships, including hosting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), organising schedules, and compiling performance data to support strategic conversations. You lead a team of three, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.
Ideally based in the Midlands, you will oversee delivery performance and work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain challenges, often handling escalations from both customers and internal teams. You will support the compilation of sales budgets, forecast revenue, and actively seek opportunities to grow the business through continuous improvement initiatives. With strong presentation skills and a customer-centric approach, you represent professionalism and a commitment to excellence.
About You
You will be proactive and tenacious with excellent attention to detail; resilient, with an ability to work confidently using your own initiative. Understanding and actioning the customer requirements will be at the heart of everything you do. Intermediate excel skills are a must for this role.
We are particularly interested in people from a production planning, sales or customer service background with experience of working in a customer relationship position where excellence is at the heart of what you do. It would be an advantage to have some people management experience.
